Castel Châteaux & Grands Crus partner the 35th annual Trophées Le Chef.
At the end of September, Castel Chateaux & Grands Crus was delighted to participate in the Trophées Le Chef as official wine supplier.
The superb award ceremony took place in the presence of over 450 chefs, pastry chefs, sommeliers and restaurant managers.
For the fourth year running, a Castel Châteaux & Grands Crus representative handed out the prize for Sommelier of the Year. Our warmest congratulations to Adrien Lavorel of the Anne de Bretagne restaurant. We would also like to congratulate Alexandre Mazzia of AM par Alexandre Mazzia, voted Chef of the Year, as well as all the other prize winners.
