With Ondulations, Castel Family Estates opted for innovation, offering a new approach to Bordeaux wines. Ondulations takes inspiration from the inimitable natural contours that characterise the terroir at Château Hourtou in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg appellation. The wine is remarkable for its contemporary profile and smooth texture, which it owes to its maturation in jars and amphora.

In September 2022, Ondulations was beautifully showcased at a number of iconic wine shops in the cities of Paris and Lyon.

La Cave du Hameau Located in the heart of Paris’ 15th arrondissement, this handsome shop is at the corner of rue de la Croix Nivert and rue Desnouettes.
