Last month, Castel Châteaux & Grands Crus had the great honour of taking part in the 36th annual Trophées Le Chef awards ceremony as official partners.
Organised every year by Le Chef, a reference for professional chefs since 1986, aims to spotlight the diverse range of professions that have forged the stellar reputation of French cuisine.
For the fifth year running, a Castel Châteaux & Grands Crusb representative took the stage to present the “Best Sommelier of the Year” award. Congratulations to Manon Bras from Restaurant Christophe Coutanceau in La Rochelle. Many congratulations also to Dimitri Droisneau of La Villa Madie in Cassis, who took home the coveted Chef of the Year prize in front of an audience of over 450 Michelin-starred chefs, pastry-chefs, sommeliers and restaurant managers.
